First of all, we are 100% Irish.  We are based in the wee county of Ireland, County Louth.  We grow our own hemp, using EU certified hemp seeds (meaning they are legal to grow in Ireland).  We grow our hemp plants on the foot of the Cooley Peninsula, with views that are breath-taking.  The local farmers grow & care for the hemp crops, and we have a close relationship with them.  It is also good to know that we do not use any nasty herbicides, pesticides, or fungicides on our hemp plants, so they are free of any harsh chemicals, preserving their natural state.

We do everything ourselves, from seed to shelf, and we pride ourselves on our completely natural CBD product range.  We harvest the hemp plant for the seeds, and cold-press the seeds to result in a nutrient & vitamin rich, CBD hemp oil. Cold-pressing is a chemical free way of producing CBD oil.

Recommended Daily Intake of CBD

The daily intake of CBD can vary between people, depending on their age and gender but again, once you know the daily recommended intake, you can judge your intake based on this.

We detail percentages and milligrams (mg) on our oils e.g. 5% CBD oil equates to 500mg CBD per every 10ml of oil.  And we detail milligrams on our capsules e.g. 1200mg in 60 capsules.

For our oils, when the bottle increases in size, the strength remains the same but the amount of CBD increases.  For example, our 5% oil, there is 500mg of CBD in a 10ml bottle, but there is 1500mg of CBD in a 30ml bottle, as 30ml is x3 the volume of the 10ml.  Same for our 10% oil.

1. Oils:

How are our oils made?

The most common form of CBD – oil.  Our oil is hemp CBD oil, and what we mean by that is we squeeze our Irish-grown hemp seeds straight into the bottle, preserving all the goodness of the hemp plant.  No carrier oil is used.  Our CBD is in its mother oil.  Our oils contain not only CBD, but an entire array of naturally occurring phytonutrients which are found in abundance in the hemp plant.

How to take our oils?

Our oils are ingested by putting the recommended dosage under the tongue and holding it there for 50-60 seconds. Then you can take a drink of water to wash it down.   Our oil is described as having an earthy flavour. 

By growing specific hemp seeds, we produce 3 different strength oils, 3%, 5% and 10%.  Read more to find out what oil best suits you!

What Oil is right for me?

3% CBD oil: is our lowest strength oil.  Our 3% oil is a great starting point for people who are new to CBD and want to start their CBD journey slowly.  Our 3% oil comes in one size bottle, 10ml (300mg CBD).  One dropper (0.7ml = 24 drops) of our 3% oil delivers 21mg of CBD.  

5% CBD oil: is our medium strength oil.  Our 5% oil was our first oil on the market, and it is a great all-round product, suited to many people at different stages of their CBD journey.  It is suited to those who want to start their CBD journey if they feel more confident with CBD, or for those who have already tried a lower strength oil and are ready to move onto a higher strength.  Our 5% oil comes in 3 size bottles, 10ml, 20ml & 30ml bottles.

A 10ml bottle contains 500mg of CBD, 20ml bottle contains 1000mg and 30ml bottle contains 1500mg of CBD. One dropper (0.7ml) of 5% oil will deliver 35mg of CBD.

10% CBD oil: is our highest strength oil, for those who may be more experienced with CBD or have used our 5% oil for some time and are ready to use a higher strength CBD oil. 

Our 10% oil comes in 2 size bottles, 10ml & 20ml.  The strength of oil in each is the same at 10%, but the MG increases as the volume of oil increases. 

There is 1000mg of CBD in 10ml bottle and 2000mg in a 20ml bottle. In one dropper of the 10% oil it will deliver, 70mg CBD.

1. Hemp CBD Capsules:

We have an alternative if you are a busy person who can’t find the time to take the oil, our Hemp CBD capsules!

Our Hemp CBD capsules are so handy as you can pop them in your bag and fit them into your busy schedule whenever you find the time.  Our capsules are so handy for those who want the exact serving, every time, without thinking about it. 

Our capsule shell is made from pullulan, which is derived from tapioca, & is vegan-friendly. 

Inside the tub:

• Each tub contains 60 capsules.
• We use 4% (40mg/1g) CBD in our capsules.
• The total CBD content in the capsules is 1200mg.
• In each capsule, there is 20mg CBD.

Canna – Mag: would be great for those who are highly active, play sports, lead a busy lifestyle, or for those who simply want to incorporate the nutritional properties of Magnesium with CBD all in one capsule.  We use a highly bioavailable form of Magnesium, Magnesium Citrate. 

Magnesium is an essential mineral that’s important for over 300 bodily functions.  Some that have been scientifically proven are:

Black pepper increases the bioavailability of curcumin and works synergistically with it – in other words, it helps the body to absorb more curcumin easily.
