These are a healthier version of classic Easter peanut butter eggs, using dark chocolate and natural peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour or oat flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 g dark chocolate (70–85%)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Make the filling
    Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and coconut flour until a soft dough forms.
  1. Shape eggs
    Scoop about 1–2 tablespoons and shape into small egg forms.
  1. Freeze briefly
    Place eggs on a tray lined with parchment and freeze for 20 minutes.
  1. Melt chocolate
    Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil over a double boiler or microwave.
  1. Dip eggs
    Dip each frozen egg into melted chocolate using a fork.
  2. Set
    Place on parchment paper and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare yogurt base
    Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
  1. Spread mixture
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread yogurt about 1 cm thick.

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate
    Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  1. Mix in nuts and seeds
    Stir in almonds, pumpkin seeds, and shredded coconut. Reserve some for sprinkling on top.
  1. Spread on parchment
    Line a tray with parchment paper and pour the chocolate mixture, spreading it thinly.
  1. Add toppings
