Ingredients:
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- 1 dropper of Celtic Wind CBD Oil (adjust according to dosage preference. Do not exceed daily dose.)
Instructions:
- In a large pot, sauté the onion, carrots, and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Add the diced butternut squash, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the squash is tender.
- Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
